As the Head of Marketing Activations, my role on the team is to identify, concept, and execute against strategic partnerships and activation opportunities that accomplish our primary goal of shattering the stigma of mental health.

My role as an employer brand consultant was to partner with key stakeholders (People, Recruiting, Marketing and Leadership) to identify business needs and assess the current status of our employer brand.
This included recruitment marketing initiatives, current employee retention efforts, people operations practices, and processes, and a new Careers site build and launch.

My role on the brand marketing team was to lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategies and project management associated with Cameo's seasonal and brand initiatives such as Holiday, Valentine's Day, and Pride.
This included charity and brand partner management, concept creation, go-to-market planning, creative and channel reviews, execution, and analysis.

My role in the organization was to create strategic partnerships with wellness brands, with a focus on behavioral health, for digital sponsorships, virtual programming and physical product seeding. I also supported project management functions and wrote content.

Prowess Project is an online fractional workforce that partners with companies across the country to help women re-enter the workforce and eliminate gender inequality in the workplace.
My role in the organization wass to both identify and negotiate with companies who were looking to hire fractional talent from our network of certified Prowess women, as well as work with the operations team to interview and onboard candidates remotely.
