Project Healthy Minds is a new millennial-driven, non-profit startup focused on tackling one of the defining issues of our generation: the growing mental health crisis.

 

As the Head of Partnterships & Marketing Activations, my role on the team is to identify, concept, and execute strategic partnerships and activation opportunities that accomplish our primary goal of shattering the stigma of mental health and closing care gap. 

November 2023 - Present

Pinch is the on-demand Med Spa that comes to you. Pinch works with nurse practitioners to provide services like Tox, chemical peels, and IV therapy in the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you prefer. 

 

My role is focused on building the brand's first partnerships strategy to activate with strategic companies in Illinois and build a GTM playbook for market expansion in 2024.

My role was focused on supporting employer brand marketing initiatives and internal communications within the People team function.

Hey Jane is the most-trusted virtual clinic offering safe and private abortion care from home

My scope included building out a brand marketing partnerships strategy to set the team up to execute against strategic partnerships, campaigns, and experiential activations - with the goal of driving brand awareness and positioning them as a leader in the reproductive rights and healthcare space.

Brightly's media platform scales conscious consumerism through better habits, products, and partnerships that make sense for people and the planet
 

My role focused on the creation of strategic partnerships with brands looking to tell their sustainability stories in an authentic and impactful way. 

August - October 2022

With a simple text message, get answers from expert, board-certified pediatricians in 15 minutes through Summer Health. 

My role focused on building a "founding families" referral program for early users and creating content in partnership with our clinicians. 

 

September 2021 - July 2022

My role as an employer brand consultant was to partner with key stakeholders (People, Recruiting, Marketing and Leadership) to identify business needs and assess the current status of our employer brand.

 

This included recruitment marketing initiatives, current employee retention efforts, people operations practices, and processes, and a new Careers site build and launch.

My role on the brand marketing team was to lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategies and project management associated with Cameo's seasonal and brand initiatives such as Holiday, Valentine's Day, and Pride.

 

This included charity and brand partner management, concept creation, go-to-market planning, creative and channel reviews, execution, and analysis.

aSweatLife is a best-in-class media company that helps you live your best life — through workouts, yes, but also through mindfulness, nutrition, community, and empowerment. ​

 

My role in the organization was to create strategic partnerships with wellness brands, with a focus on behavioral health, for digital sponsorships, virtual programming and physical product seeding. I also supported project management functions and wrote content.

Prowess Project is an online fractional workforce that partners with companies across the country to help women re-enter the workforce and eliminate gender inequality in the workplace.

My role in the organization was to both identify and negotiate with companies who were looking to hire fractional talent from our network of certified Prowess women, as well as work with the operations team to interview and onboard candidates remotely.

My responsibilities included event ideation and execution and editorial and paid media across Texas and New Orleans.
